She also assists me in marketing your house by placing weekly advertising in local newspapers, scheduling tours, setting up mailings, and checking up on your home if you are out of town.

Accreditations

I work hard to stay abreast of constantly-changing market conditions and trends. I have met the production and educational requirements needed to earn the following real estate industry accreditations:

  • Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). This accreditation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation and is only awarded to real estate professionals whom meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
  • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This accreditation provides in-depth knowledge on business planning, presentations, negotiating and closing transactions, working in both the buyers’ and sellers’ best interest. It also gives me access to a referral network of more than 45,000 CRS members and timely industry news and information, distributed in a bimonthly magazine.
  • Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). This accreditation provides the latest information on home staging and custom marketing. It enables me to make recommendations that will improve your home’s marketability. In today’s competitive selling market, this can make a difference in whether your home will sell.
  • Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). This accreditation is obtained by completing a course of study required by the program, and also subscribing to the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
  • NAR's Green Designation (GREEN). This accrediation is the only green real estate professional designation recognized by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. With this designation I was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discusssing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property's green potential.
  • Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). This accrediation has trained me in the tools, information and tactics to effectively help homeowners who are in distress. Distressed homeowners need an advocate that will act in their best interest and help them find the best solution to the financial crisis they are facing.
